Daniel Burns

Daniel is a retired police officer in the Mon-Valley where he served since 1994. He joined the Palkovitz team in October of 2011 as a legal assistant. Specializing in the criminal aspects of the firm’s practice, Daniel lends his skills and expertise in law enforcement to assist the firm’s criminal clients navigate the justice system.

Daniel currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Western Pennsylvania Police Benevolent Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping police officers and their families in a time of crisis. He is also a freelance writer and photographer and a published author.
